RMCC GOLF NOTES 12/01/2020
At Sunday’s AGM the following committee members were elected for 2020.
President: Gavin Wright, Vice President: Danny Bradley, Secretary: Tarnia Wright, Treasurer: Kate Bolton and Captain: Shane Escott.
Outgoing President, Kate, thanked the members of the club, the sponsors and the local community for the continued support of the club.
In-coming President, Gavin, outlined projects for the coming years, in particular, the need to “water-proof” the course. This year the focus is on getting the Stay and Play initiative across the line, as well as setting an agenda for the work that will be necessary to ensure that the club will have better access to water for the whole year.
Mid week golf resumed on Wednesday with Anne Heinemann taking the chook. Anne was also the best putter.
NTP was won by Ian Donaldson.
Sunday’s 9 hole Ambrose was won by Dave Cassels, Ian Donaldson and Jo Klease.

Australia Day weekend will see the return on our Social Nights on Friday 24th, an Australia Day Quiz on Saturday 25th and an Australia Day Ambrose for everyone on the afternoon of Sunday 26th.

All members are reminded that membership fees are now due.
